At this worksite on the left we have been cleaning it for 6+years, it houses 70 apartments where we visit 5 times a week at their request. Every week we clean the underground parking lot here, we dust and mop the entirety of it as requested.
Every Monday we replace the 10 recyclables, clear out the three chutes that go through three levels.
Every Tuesday we take 17 Red, 4 Blue and 7 Yellow bins to the curb.
Every Wednesday we bring all those bins back inside and clean them.
Every Friday we take those same bins back around and prepare them for Tuesday. On Friday we vacuum the three levels for 70 apartments, clean 6 glass doors, mop 2 levels of underground parking and leaf blow the entire block which encompasses the entire building.
And on Sundays we rotate between taking out 10 Green Bins or throwing out a refrigerator for households.
Despite the clear instructions to tightly wrap garbage bags before placing them down their garbage chute we will still clean 3 levels of 3 different buildings garbage chutes. Sometimes literal fish guts.
We have overheard realtors telling potential new residents using us as a selling point.
Our Jobs
We have been working here for over 10 years, this also consists of 3 buildings with 44 apartments which we also visit 3 times a week. Like most jobs we take out the trash, vacuum the hallways, leaf-blow, bin management, greens, household waste, mopping, removal of any spider webs. This job in particular has quite a few bush turkeys as such we regularly clean turkey feces as part of the job. These are often dried and will leave stains if not quickly dealt with.
Every Wednesday we bring inside the 12 Red Bins and 12 Yellow bins and clean each one of them. Every Friday, we have to place more red bins and yellow bins due to the limited space in the bin room and large amounts of rubbish. Every Monday we have to place even more red bins.
We regularly clean the underground parking lot as well as removing any cobwebs, any leafs that might have been blown or rubbish that has been dropped.
Once a month at the back of this site there is a massive path that needs to be leaf blown and the leaves gathered in the greens to clear the path. This alone takes up a large amount of time.
Our Jobs
This work site despite the picture shown is four buildings with thirty apartments built on a hill surrounded by a gross amount of stairs. We have been doing this job for twelve years and the hardest part about it is the stairs, grabbing our cleaning equipment and moving building to building is a mission but we do it because it is our job to do so.
The three buildings each have four levels and are always opening meaning, leaves get blown and insects fly in and then die on the window benches, every week we have to clean those benches on 4 levels across 3 different buildings and sweep all the leaves that can get blown inside.
Leaf blowing this place is particularly difficult due to how much brush there is and how there are 3 separate staircase paths that each need to be cleaned and scooped upon every weekly visit.
Our Team
We have worked here for 15+ years, this apartment complex has 55 apartments which we clean twice a week. Its parking lot which is entirely underground must be dusted and vacuumed quite regularly. This job demands a higher standard of cleaning which we have maintained for 15 years, despite being a single building it is a large building with a large backyard with many stone tiles, as such we cannot use the leaf blower we have to carefully sweep up everything or risk damaging the tiles.
Every Thursday we take out 8 Red Bins, 4 Yellows and 2-3 Blue Bins on the curb.
Every Friday we bring those bins, firstly cleaning them and then arranging them inside.
Every rotating Sunday we bring out the 4 Green Bins or households.
Our Jobs
For safety reasons we will not be posting a picture for this one, but we have another job where we clean a primary school. We have been with this school for 10 years since it was first founded, we need to clean this every school week, daily and consistently at higher quality for as children at that age seem to be obsessed with throwing their rubbish at the ground and drawing on their tables.
